Payment Instructions

Complete payment of $100.00 per camper is due by June 1, 2011. Payments should be mailed, along with each child’s Consent to Treat Form to the address below. You can either make your payment in one lump sum, or you can split it into up to 2 payments the last of which is due by June 1st.

Full tuition refunds are available until June 1st. Cancellations after June 1st will forfeit full tuition.

If you would like to include canteen money for your camper, along with his or her registration fee, please note that distinction in the memo line on your check.  Deposits into your camper’s canteen account will also be accepted on registration day upon arrival.

Notes for Parent: Canteen will be held daily. It is an opportunity for your child to purchase snacks and beverages throughout the week. The standard amount is $10 - $20 per camper. A withdrawal for an offering during our Vesper service will also be allowed from this account. Upon arrival, your camper will be asked to put all of his or her money into the canteen bank. This will guarantee its safety throughout the week. Many parents also like to send extra canteen money for their child's trip home (especially if they are riding with other friends or family). All unused monies will be returned to the camper as they check out and leave for home.

Financial Assistance

Dear Parents,

Thank you for your interest in sending your child to camp.  We feel strongly that every child should have an opportunity to attend camp.  We strive to keep camp affordable for all families, but understand that some may need assistance.  Please take a look at the information below to determine if you will utilize the program.

How our financial assistance program works…

Assistance is funded by donations from camp staff, solicited members of the CLC, or by donations from groups such as the Arise and Shine (20’s/30’s) and the Women’s Retreat.  Limited funds are available each year.  Once applications have been received, the available funds are distributed among the applicants.

There is no determination based on financial need, so it is important that your request is valid.  If you apply for an unnecessary assistance, you will be receiving funds that someone else can no longer utilize.  Before determining if you should apply for assistance to collect the needed tuition, please work through the following checklist:

  • I have asked my child to contribute to his/her camp tuition.
  • I or another relative could give his/her tuition as a birthday or Christmas gift.
  • I have contacted grandparents, other relatives, or friends asking them for assistance.
  • I have organized a fundraiser with the parents and kids in my congregation to allow all of the children in our congregation to attend camp at a reduced rate.

If you have determined that you would like to apply for assistance, follow these steps.

  1. Register your child for camp.
  2. Print and complete the Financial Assistance Application and have it postmarked no later than 5/8/11.

You will be notified via email of your approval and the amount between 5/8/11-5/22/11.

Thank you for prioritizing camp for your child!
